REZIP ver 5.00 - use this utility to convert 
your archives to new PKZip ver. 2.04.  Older 
utility but  retains date / time stamp,  zip 
comments,  recurses sub - directories  where 
originally recursed  and  converts  imbedded 
archives to new format.
