This is the "author" package, for submission
of files for distribution via the ESC File
Distribution Network (ESC FDN). This network
distributes files only from ESC authors, to
BBS systems throughout the world, and also
offers various additional distribution via
Internet FTP, satellite services and other
online electronic distribution services.
