File Comment Pcx2Rip v1.2: A true PCX/BMP to RipScrip converter. This is NOT a PCX/BMP to RipScrip icon converter. It converts PCX/BMP files to actual rip codes. Fixes bug from previous version that caused problems with certain 16 color PCX files created by Corel and other programs. Also contains info on JDraw v4 (aka Ripaint killer), an object oriented RipScrip editor. Last revision date in archive: 07-31-95.
