Adding Keywords A Keyword is a word or short phrase that you assign to help describe a cell’s contents. For example, you might add the “Urgent” Keyword to cells with important to dos. Use the Keywords Inspector to add a Keyword.

 | Choose Tools → Inspector to reveal the Inspector panel.
In the Keywords Inspector, choose a Keyword ➊, then drag it from the dispenser ➋ and drop it on a cell ➌.
You can add any number of Keywords to a cell.
Open the Keywords Inspector for me.

Keywords appear in the Keywords column ➍.
Click in the column to see all of a cell’s Keywords ➎. Choosing a Keyword from the menu makes it the visible one.
