Modifying a Notebook’s Template Pages Every Notebook has a “template” page for each of the six NoteBook page types. Whenever you add a new Divider page, for example, NoteBook creates it by duplicating the Notebook’s Divider page template. Use the Defaults menu’s “Show Template Pages” option to modify a Notebook’s template pages.

 | Choose the Page Inspector for the settings you want to change. For example, if you want to change a template page’s format settings, switch to the Page Format Inspector. Then choose “Show Template Pages...” ➊ from the Defaults menu.

 | Choose a template page from the popup ➋, then use the Inspector to modify it.
Switch to a different Page Inspector to modify a different set of template page settings. Click “Save Changes” ➌ when you’re done.
