Paper Style —  commands for changing the page’s paper style
Cell Numbering —  commands for changing the page’s cell numbering style

Show Fonts... (Cmd-T) —  shows the OS X font panel
Bold (Cmd-B) —  bolds or unbolds the current text selection or cell
Italic (Cmd-I) —  italicizes or unitalicizes the current text selection or cell
Underline (Cmd-U) —  toggles the current text selection’s underline property
Outline —  toggles the current text selection’s outline property
Styles... —  shows the OS X styles sheet
Remove Custom Formatting — restores the selection’s font and ruler settings to the default for the page
    
Bigger (Cmd-=) —  increases the selection’s font size
Smaller (Cmd-minus sign) —  decreases the selection’s font size
Superscript (Control-=) —  superscripts the selection
Subscript (Control-minus sign) —  subscripts the selection
Unscript —  removes sub- or super-scripting from the selection
    
Alignment — commands for changing the text selection’s alignment
Writing Direction — commands for changing the text selection’s writing direction
Kern — commands for changing the text selection’s kerning
Ligature — commands for changing the text selection’s ligature setting
Baseline — commands for changing the text selection’s baseline
Character Shape — commands for working with the text selection’s character shape
