     Although 500,000 Americans fall victim to strokes each year, and is the
third leading cause of death, only 1% of those responding to a recent survey
named stroke as a leading cause of death.  More disturbing still, though
stroke is the number one cause of adult disability, 40 percent of the survey
participants did not know stroke warning signs and 3% said there were none.
Wrong!  The National Stroke Association, wants you to know better and has
prepared an extremely informative and educational booklet entitled  "Stroke:
Reducing Your Risk".  You will find the answer to many questions about stroke,
