Setting out in the Defiant to witness a subspace inversion of the Wormhole, which only occurs every 50 years, Sisko is the victim of a freak accident. He is sent off into subspace and can only return to his heartbroken son for a few minutes every few years.

Hippocratie Oath

Bashir and O'Brien are abducted by a breakaway group of the Jem'Hadar, led by a free thinking officer, Goran'Agar. He demands that they cure the other soldiers addiction to Ketracel-White. The doctor tries to rise to the scientific challenge but the engineer resolves only to effect their escape.
