SVGACC.LIB-ver 2.0-is a high-res, 256-color
graphics library for MS & Borland C/C++. It
recognizes 20 different SVGA cards, allows
programming in 320x200, 640x480, 800x600 and
1024x768 256-color modes.  Capabilities:
hardware id; simple primitives; 2D/3D points,
joystick/mouse support, GIF encode/decode;
paging; XMS; palettes; bitmaps and sprites.
