spkVocPlay()

         Reproduces a file with WAV format by the speaker

         UNIMPLEMENTED

    Syntax:

         spkVocPlay( cFile [, nRate] ) -> lError

         cFile : The name of the WAV file
         nRate : The frecuency ratio. Default value is 12000 Hz.
                 Use this value for frecuency changes.

    Description:

         Reproduces a file with VOC  format by the speaker.

    Return:

         A logic value indicating if the function finished satisfactorily.

    Example:

         spkVocPlay( "Handel.voc", 13224 )
