    pcxY2()

         Returns the initial coordinate Y of the PCX

    Syntax:

         pcxY1 ( cFile ) -> cCoorY1

         cFile : Name of the PCX file

    Description:

         It returns the initial coordinate Y of the PCX file, that it is
         usually 0.

    Return:

         The value of the initial coordinate Y.

    Example:

         ? pcxY1 ( "c:\fast\lib\fast.pcx" )
