IsScroll()

         Determines if the Scroll lock key is active

    Syntax:

         IsScroll( [ lNew ] ) -> lActive

         lNew : a logic value with the new state of Scroll lock key

    Description:

         Determines if the Scroll lock key is active returning a logic
         value.

    Return:

         A logic value indicating if is active or not.

    Example:

         If IsScroll()
           Warning ( "Scroll lock is active" )
         EndIf
