    IsDesqView()

         Desqview installation check

    Syntax:

         IsDesqView() -> lLoaded

    Description:

         Determines if DesqView is installed.

    Return:

         A logic value.

    Example:

         If IsDesqView()
           Warning( "Desqview is present" )
         EndIf
