rSoftCur()

         Defines software text cursor

    Syntax:

         rSoftCur() -> Nil

    Description:

         When the software cursor is selected, the char/attribute data at
         the current screen position is ANDed with the screen mask and then
         XORed with the cursor mask.

    Return:

         Nothing.
