Outb()
Outputs a byte to a hardware port
Syntax:
Outb( nPort, nValue ) -> Nil
nPort : System port
nValue : Byte to send
Description:
DANGER!!
This function allows low level access to system. It should be used
with extreme care and requires a thorough knowledge of computer
Architecture.
Return:
Nothing.
Example:
Outb ( 256, 3 )
