DSIK License Agreement
                            and Order Form

The following terms are available for licensing the DSIK library.
Please select the terms that fit your product at submit payment to
the address listed below.

    1. Non commercial licence, like a DEMO group or a freeware program.

       a. - Pay 20 USD once.
          - The user have to write the following term in the
            acknowledgements of their program:

            This program uses the DSIK sound system for WATCOM C/C++
            and DOS/4GW from Carlos Hasan. Questions to the library
            should be directed to:

    2. Shareware programmers.

       a. - Pay 250 USD the first time they use it.
       b. - Pay 350 USD per product (not product version)
            when it sold more than 4000 USD.
          - They have to deliver two copies of each product
            version to Carlos Hasan and HomeBrew
            (four copies in total).
          - In the shareware version they have to write:

            This program uses the DSIK sound system for WATCOM C/C++
            and DOS/4GW from Carlos Hasan. Questions to the library
            should be directed to:

    3. Commercial use.

       a. - Pay 700 USD per product and add the following notice
            where ever credits/acknowledgements are in the product
            (this includes the BOX and manual if applicable):

            This program uses the DSIK sound system for WATCOM C/C++
            and DOS/4GW from Carlos Hasan. Questions to the library
            should be directed to:
            hbsoftware@aol.com, Tel.: (707) 451-9653

          - They have to deliver two copies of each product
            version to Carlos Hasan and HomeBrew
            (four copies in total).

       b. - Pay 4000 USD once for unlimited licence and do
            the same thing as above,
       c. - Pay 2000 USD per product and be quiet
          - They have to deliver two copies of each product
            version to Carlos Hasan and HomeBrew
            (four copies in total).
       d. - Pay 10000 USD once and be quiet.
          - They have to deliver two copies of each product
            version to Carlos Hasan and HomeBrew
            (four copies in total).
