Error running program
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------

    DOS returned an error condition when QEdit attempted to perform the
    DOS EXEC function to load and execute a program and/or the DOS
    SHELL.

    Resolution:  Check these possible causes:

      There is not enough memory to load the external program, OR

      The COMMAND.COM file is not available, OR

      The COMSPEC environment variable is not set properly.  Refer to
    your DOS manual for more information on the COMSPEC environment
    variable.
