Function            DoubleDOSfreeCPU - give up CPU time under
                                           Double DOS

  Syntax              void DoubleDOSfreeCPU(byte slices);

  Prototype in        multihk.h

  Remarks             DoubleDOSfreeCPU frees up CPU time from the current
                      program. The amount of time freed up is found by
                      slices * 55ms.

  Return value        nothing.
