Function            getcursor - gets cursor scan lines

  Syntax              unsigned int getcursor(void);

  Prototype in        video.h

  Remarks             gets the cursor scan lines via INT 0x10, Function
                      3.

  Return value        returns the scan lines of the cursor, with the
                      starting scan line in the high order byte and the
                      ending scan line in the low order byte.
