Function putsay - put a string with attribute on the
screen
Syntax void putsay(int col, int row, byte *c);
Prototype in video.h
Remarks putsay puts string c on the screen at location
(col,row) via direct screen writes. It does retrace
checking to prevent snow on CGA systems. The
attribute is set with the global variable
char_attribute.
Return value nothing.
