This chapter is saved in Ventura Publisher version 2.0 format. If you do not
have version 2.0 or do not have Ventura Publisher (unthinkable!), you can
simply read the VPAPP_5.TXT and VPAPP_5.CAP files into a wordprocessor, set
the tab stops correctly so the tables look OK, and then print it out or read
it from the screen.

To use the chapter within Ventura Publisher, un-archive the ZIP file to the
root directory of a floppy disk. Place this disk in the A drive and use the
Multi-Chapter Copy to copy the VPAPP_5.CHP chapter to whatever directory use
choose. To save you downloading time, no width table was included with this
chapter. Ventura Publisher will use your most recently used width table
instead. If you want to use some other width table, just use the Set Printer
Info option to change it.
