During a yellow flag you are unable to overtake, but if you wait
until the last corner of the yellow flag then accelerate past the
other cars, you will NOT be penalised for it, thus allowing you
to gain the lead (hopefully).

Also going through the pits during a yellow flag can also gain
you places.
