From the options screen, press ESCape to pull up the configuration
menu.  Now type "phonebook" and press ESCape again.  When you're 
playing the game, pressing "0" on the top line of numerical keys 
will take you to the next stage.  Pressing "3" gives you the bonus
stages, and holding CTRL gives you super jump.
