To move water, first lift the knob on top of the cylinder you want to  empty.

Then, lift the knob of the cylinder you want to fill.

You can pull part of one cylinder in to fill another.

Hint 8 of 11:

Divide the total amount of water by three to find the amount needed per wall.

You need 15 units of water per wall.
