How do I operate the Mazerunner vehicle?

The controls themselves are pretty simple.  Press "forward" to move forward,
use the left and right arrows to rotate the craft, and press "backtrack" to
return to your previous location if you get stuck.

Once you're underground (after pressing forward once), you can't go in
directions blocked off by a tower with a red dot on top.

Remember -- sounds are everything here.  Pay attention to them.

You'll hear a sound every time you enter a new location.  You can click on
the speaker to hear the current sound again if you've forgotten it.

More specifically, the sounds you hear will tell you where to go.

On the first few screens, you only have one direction in which to go -- the
sound you hear is associated with that direction.

Later, you can figure out what the sounds mean by process of elimination.

The sounds only correspond to the four cardinal directions.  Combinations of
them are used for the other four (NW, NE, SW, and SE).
