QuickTime for windows must be installed to run CHEEKS.

TO INSTALL QUICKTIME:
   Using windows file manager execute setup.exe located in the 
   setup directory. This will automatically configure quicktime 
   to your system.

TO RUN HOOTERS:
   Using windows file manager execute CHEEKS.EXE located in the 
   root CD ROM directory.
