| All anime fans should have heard of
"Slayers", one of the most popular anime series around. A PlayStation game based
on this anime, "Slayers Royal" was released in Japan not long ago, but another
one is coming soon already! This time, it's being developed by Banpresto, and it's a
traditional RPG.
Lina and her gang's mission this time is to destroy all the "Fuusinseki" (Seal Stones). These stones have the ability to make all magic useless. If you aren't a fan of Slayers, this game may not be very interesting, but if you are, this looks like a must-buy. The game's story is being supervised by the original series' creator, and it features lots of high-quality animation scenes. When walking around in the exploration fields, the game has an over-head view. When there are important conversations or special events, the game shifts over to a close-up of the characters using animation and full voice-acting. Battles are random and turn-based and look a lot like FF7. Using magic spells look like FF7's Limit Breaks ^_^
