There is a list of several favorite modes, which can be used for special purposes:
| Favorite mode | Purpose |

| Increase desktop size | Used to increase current desktop area. The color depth remains unchanged. Refresh rate is "recalled", i.e. last refresh rate used in this display mode is set. |
| Decrease desktop size | Used to decrease current desktop area. The color depth remains unchanged. Refresh rate is "recalled", i.e. last refresh rate used in this display mode is set. |
| Decrease refresh rate | Can be used if you accidentally switched to screen resolution that does not support high refresh rate. |
| Increase refresh rate | Can be used to test display mode with higher resolutions or to increase lowered refresh rate. |
| Increase color depth/Decrease color depth | Useful to switch between 256 colors, High color and True color modes. |
| Favorite modes with all parameters set | You can define all parameters for display modes you use most often and switch to these modes with a simple keyboard shortcuts. |
