A Menu node is a container for other menus and commands and folders, etc.
Menu Type:
| · | Standard - show as a menu |
| · | Contents as root-level items - a container that shows its contents at its level. |
| · | Treat as tool button - push once to launch current item selected, or drop down list to select a new tool. |
| · | Treat as batch button - runs all children nodes when clicked - not implemented yet. |
| · | Treat as tab page - not implemented yet. |
