Command Line

The Command Line Settings page contains settings used to control the behavior of the Command Line panel.

The following settings are defined:

Save command history

The Save Command History setting controls whether a command line history is maintained or not.  If this setting is checked then the command line history will be maintained and the user can access the history in the command line panel in order to reuse and re execute commands.

The default value for this setting is "checked".

Leave cmd window open

The Leave Cmd Window Open setting controls whether the console window is left open after executing the command entered from the Command Line panel.

If this setting is checked then the console window will remain open after execution.  This allows for reading results in console commands that output information to standard output (sdtout).

The default value for this setting is "checked".

Go to command line by letter key

The [ ] Go To Command Line By Letter Key option, when checked, will cause Just Manager to automatically activate the Command Line whenever a letter key is pressed when a File Panel has focus.

Note that this setting will be overridden if the Quick Search Shortcut option is set to "Letter".  The Quick Search command has precedence.

The default value for this setting is "checked".
