Only if RealPlayer is installed, you can look at Shoutcast.com I prefer Real Alternative more than Real Player
By the way: shoutcast-streams played via Realplayer/RealAlternative show song-titels at the top of the screen!
When no additional stations are added, you can click here to load many example stations at once
