PTViewer.exe - update 3.2.1

Thanks to all testers of PTViewer.exe and
for the suggestions. I have tried to remove
the bugs and implement most improvements:

(1) The occasional crash after window resizing
was due to a bug in ptcompass. The compass image was 
painted to an offwindow location when the window
became too small which Windows does not like.

(2) The OpenFile dialog now works correctly with
filenames containing spaces.

(3) Panning is stopped when the mouse exits the
viewer window.

(4) Several unreported errors in the QTVR-viewer
have been corrected.

There are a few new features:

(5) The main window can be made nonresizable by
setting the applet tag "resizable" to false, eg
<PARAM name=resizable value=false>.

(6) A Custom icon image can be supplied for the
Window title bar. Use the following applet tag
<PARAM name=IconImage value="images/icon.png">.
The icon image must be RGB-PNG formatted with
Alpha-transparency mask.

(7) As has been previously mentioned, the title of
the viewer window may be set using the "name" tag.
