See Part 1 - Workshop Policies and Procedures in the "Draft Working Implementation Agreements Document" for the workshop charter. The MDDISIG has worked as an authorized agent of the Plenary to produce the final text for publication of ISP 11182-1 (FOD36). This text has been moved to the Stable Implementation Agreements which will contain a reference to the published ISP only.
