COST ACCOUNTANT

Responsibilities include the maintenance of EFI's cost accounting system on QAD, including: updating and revaluing standard costs, periodic physical accounts, allocating of costs and performing month-end close procedures. Other responsibilities include: reconciling revenue and cost of sales accounts, preparing reports to explain margin fluctuations, performing royalty calculations and account reconciliation, and assisting in preparation of monthly management reports. Qualified candidates will have a bachelor's degree and experience with general accounting systems and manufacturing cost accounting, including high-end computerized applications. You must have the ability to resolve complex problems and conduct analyses requiring in depth evaluation of various factors.

PAYROLL SPECIALIST

We are looking for a payroll coordinator with 3-5 years experience utilizing ADP to manage our company payrolling process. Responsibilities include processing semi-monthly payroll runs (U.S. and Canada), benefit calculations, i.e. 401(k), medical deductions, vacation accruals, etc.., commission calculations, and recording required Journal Entries. Qualified candidates must have previous payroll experience working with ADP. Other system experience is helpful. Bachelor's degree is desirable. Familiarity with Canadian payroll is a plus.

SENIOR TRAFFIC ANALYST

This individual will be responsible for working in conjunction with managers to negotiate freight and trucking charges on a regular basis and will coordinate shipments, schedule pickups, and track problem shipments. In addition, this individual will ensure that EFI is in import/export compliance with the US Department of Commerce regulations; prepare all international paperwork required for both revenue and non-revenue shipments, apply for and maintain Carnets and all other aspects of traffic. Must have thorough knowledge of import/export regulations and be very familiar with traffic functions such as domestic and international freight and logistics. We require 5-7 years experience in traffic, BA degree and excellent communication, organizational computer and problem solving skills. The ability to work independently and a customer friendly attitude are essential

STRATEGIC PLANNING MANAGER

This position is responsible for setting the strategic business plan, working with Product Line P&L's and pricing, including strategies, products parts and services as well as the pricing process. Ideal candidate will be a a hands-on individual with 5+ years' of experience working in a rapidly growing, high technology company and have experience with corporate financial planning, market analysis and pricing. Exceptional analysis and communication skills are a must. BA (MBA desired)
