ICD AdSpeed *********** by Swavek Jabrzemski (ACE President) [ Swavek demonstrated ICD's Adspeed at the October General Meeting. He paid $240.oo for the unit. - Ed ] Here's just some benchmarks and comparisons, after one day of using AdSpeed. It's very impressive, in the Mac mode it absolutely FLIES. Very compatible, so far I haven't come across anything it doesn't work with (in mono, that is; t'morrow I'll try out some color stuff). However, just to be on the safe side, it comes with 4 different ways of switching speeds: DA - if you're using a GEM program Hot key - from within any program Script file - where you can specify at boot up which programs should execute at which speed Hardware switch - any time, any place Speed can be switched at any time, back and forth. (You really should see Tempus or Harlekin NOW!)
