The A. Proctor Group were recently nominated and was one of four companies shortlisted as Finalists in the TTJ Award in the category of Best Technical Information Support.

The A. Proctor Groups Technical back-up has always been an integral part of its strategic development and it was this commitment which impressed the judges.

The Group has a technical service advice line that has four multi-disciplined Technical Assistants who can advise architects, specifiers, contractors and merchants on product applications and regulations.  This service includes over-the-phone technical help, visits to site, u-value calculations, condensation risk analysis and SAP calculations.

Of particular interest to the judges was the Groups Housebuilder binder, which is a comprehensive guide to products widely used within the timber frame industry.
