Vectaire's silent running, two-speed fans have been developed with these requirements in mind.  They control condensation and odours by running permanently and  practically inaudibly  at their lower speed,  and yet have the facility of being boosted to a higher speed by the user.  Fans are available in various sizes making them suitable for installation into any part of the house.  There are  splashproof and low voltage models, as well as models with an integral, automatic humidity control sensor.
