10 GFlops Milestone

As part of the NASA HPCC/ESS CAN, the NRL team has developed two types of codes that scale to 10 GFlops performance on NASA GSFC's Cray T3D.

Our three-dimensional, finite-volume magnetohydrodynamics model is based on flux corrected transport (FCT). Its milestone scalings results can be reviewed by linking to FCTMHD3D.

Our three-dimensional, pseudospectral magnetohydrodynamics model employs Fourier collocation. Its milestone scalings results can be seen by linking to CRUNCH3D.
