Journey into the Brain is an innovative fusion of technology, education, and fun. Key concepts of brain structure and function are woven into the fabric of the game play. By the end of the game, kids gain a new understanding and admiration for the power of their own growing brains.

Karen Littman
Karen Littman, Producer, Principal Designer, Sound Designer, has received over $3.5 million in grants for computer-based programs and films she initiated and developed. Littman also produced Interview, a CD-ROM that assists in interviewing young children about possible abuse. She was the associate producer of the film, "The Life and Times of Allen Ginsberg."

Marty Brewer
Marty Brewer, Technical Director, Programmer, Designer, graduated from Stanford University. His programming languages include Lingo (Director), C/C++, JAVA, HTML. His experience includes developing numerous CD-ROM and Websites for children and adults. Marty is interested in the use of new technologies in the educational arena.

Jay Leibold
Jay Leibold, Writer, Designer, has been writing interactive stories and games for 14 years including scripts for IBM (3D Castle Creator) and Theatrix Interactive (StrategyHeads). He has written over 27 children's books, including Choose Your Own Adventure, Dolphin Language, and King Tut's Tomb. He also co-wrote skater Michelle Kwan's autobiography.

Christine Gralapp
Christine Gralapp, Artist, Designer, is a Medical Illustrator. In addition to her specialization in neurobiology and the special senses, her subject matter includes all things scientific, from anatomical to archaeological work. She has contributed artwork to numerous books, journals, CD-ROMs, and other educational media.

Madeline Preisner

Madeline Preisner, Designer, Illustrator and Animator, has worked on CD-ROM and video games since 1991. Following her interests from fashion and product illustration to graphic and packaging design, Madeline worked as an Art Director for several years before opening her own studio in 1983.

Tim Ayers
Tim Ayers, Designer, Production Artist, Asset Manager, and Webmaster. comes to multi-media from video production where he was a production coordinator and manager. Tim went to college in New Paltz, New York and Middlesex Polytechnic in London to study theatre and film.

Floyd Bloom
Floyd Bloom MD, Content Consultant. Dr. Bloom. Chairman, Department of Neuropharmacology at The Scripps Research Institute is well known for his research and work in the field of neuroscience. In May 1995, Dr. Bloom became the Editor-in-Chief of "Science Magazine". He has published over 500 articles and books.

Steven Glotzbach

Steven Glotzbach Ph.D., Content Consultant, received his Ph.D. in Neuroscience from Stanford University. He has published over 50 articles in scientific journals and books. He has worked with Red Hill Studios in co-producing an Interactive CD-ROM, for classroom use by adolescents, called How the Heart & Lungs Work.

Gerald McDermott
Gerald McDermott, Artist, is an artist whose illustrated books and animated films have brought him international recognition. He is the winner of the prestigious Caldecott Medal and many other awards for outstanding illustration. His children's books include the Caldecott Award winning Arrow To the Sun and Anansi the Spider.

Margo Nanny
Margo Nanny, Activity Designer, was a founding member of Apple's Multimedia Lab where she designed activities for the Visual Almanac. She co-authored, CountDown and Planetary Taxi (Voyager Co), and co-designed Sim Town for Maxis. She was involved in Broderbund's Math workshop, and was designer/producer of Top Secret Decoder.
