My Lord, there are two documents which go together; one is
2 a fat document which might have a rubber band on it. With
it goes a table, a sideways table, called Frequency of
3 Visit. Mrs. Brinley-Codd has put on where to put them, I
think, in blue sticky labels.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes. That is very helpful. That is yellow

6 MR. RAMPTON: That is Mr. Fairview's statement, the summary he
promises in his statement.

MR. RAMPTON: Yes, there is a single sheet called Frequency of

11 MR. RAMPTON: The table is the summary of information which can
be found in that fat document, if one ploughs through it.

MR. RAMPTON: He is tab 3 of yellow V, sorry. While your
16 Lordship has yellow V, there is a document headed
McDonald's Nutrition Initiatives which should be added to
17 professor Weelock's third statement which is tab 7.

19 MR. RAMPTON: At the end, my Lord, yes. Finally, there are two
documents relating probably, or perhaps a statement, I do
20 not know, relating to the evidence of Mr. Horwitz. They
should go also in yellow V, tab 2, behind Mr. Horwitz'
21 statement. There are seven pages.

23 MR. RAMPTON: Then I have a label: Further and better
particulars.

26 affidavit of Mr. Gardner.
