MR. MORRIS: Yes, in the advertising section.

MR. RAMPTON: Section 4.

MR. MORRIS: The fourth section; there should be an index at the
front.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes. Do not worry. I think Mr. Dudley has
taken them away so that he is not making a lot of noise in
here.

MR. MORRIS: It will be numbers 10 and 11 in that section.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Very well. Then, finally, I have received
two letters, apparently signed by Mr. Patinson, which it is
said may be relevant to his evidence when he is called.

MR. RAMPTON: We have put those behind Mr. Patinson's statement.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Pale blue A27?

MR. RAMPTON: It seemed the obvious place to put them, because
he apparently wrote them.

MR. MORRIS: Before you got those, you should have had a fax
with his -- those letters were in response to a new point
that he is likely to make in the witness box.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I do not think I have received notification of
that. How did that come?

MR. MORRIS: I sent a fax to the solicitors and to yourself.
Mr. Patinson basically says that Paul Preston confirmed
what the significance of it is, which is the basis of his
evidence in court.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: What does it look like?

MR. MORRIS: It is a handwritten letter.

MR. RAMPTON: My Lord, I want to give you our -----

MR. JUSTICE BELL: What is the date on it?

MR. RAMPTON: 9th October, I think.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes, I have that.

MR. RAMPTON: I have put that in as a supplementary statement by
Mr. Patinson, into the same section of the correspondence
file.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I have a faxed letter.

MR. MORRIS: There should be two pages of it. The second page
was the Patinson -----

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Very well. I will put that in the
correspondence bundle.
