MR. MORRIS: We do not have anything further to say.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: No. Do you have yourself -- do not involve
Ms. Steel -- any anxiety about carrying on with
Mr. Gibney's evidence and Mr. Pearson without Ms. Steel
being here?

MR. MORRIS: I would just do whatever her wishes were,
basically.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes.

MR. MORRIS: I mean, they are important witnesses and it is not
just doing the cross-examination; it is being present and
being aware of their evidence.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes. Look, we will adjourn now but I think
we should get on with Mr. Gibney first thing on Monday
morning. I am sure he wants to give his evidence and be
done, and Mr. Pearson as well. So, we will start on
Monday with Mr. Gibney, followed when he is finished, but
not earlier than Tuesday morning, with Mr. Pearson. As
far as I am concerned, it is entirely up to Ms. Steel as
to whether she comes to court on Monday, Tuesday and
Wednesday -- entirely for her choice.

MR. MORRIS: Yes, yes.
