MR. MORRIS: I have served -- actually, I gave to it
Mr. Atkinson -- an interview with Sarah Ingliss which she
intends to rely on. I thought I would serve it today as
part of her statement. (Handed)

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I will put it behind her statement,
shall I, for the time being?

MR. MORRIS: Yes.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Is there anything else?

MR. MORRIS: Yes. I wanted to say about the situation with
Mr. Lamti. Well, the first thing is that we are not going
to be calling Chantal Villeneuve-Gallaiz. We will take her
as a Civil Evidence Act notice.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes.

MR. MORRIS: As for Mr. Lamti, we do intend to call him. We
could have said that we did not, just to find out what
Mr. Rampton had up his sleeve, but we did not want to play
any legal tricks. So, we do intend to call him.

We are trying to get any further information or documents
off him. I spoke to him over the weekend, through an
interpreter. The union has a number of documents which
they will not give to him, or there is some problem or
other.

What we are going to do is to send someone to France
tomorrow to get the documents and to get a further
statement off Mr. Lamti, and then return to us in the
evening. So the Plaintiffs should have the new additional
material by Wednesday morning or earlier, if it possible
for us.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Right. Keep me posted, or keep everyone
posted on what is happening.

MR. MORRIS: Yes. If the Plaintiffs want an extra day, we could
call Mr. Lamti on the Tuesday rather than the Monday.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Let us see how we go.

MR. MORRIS: It may not be necessary.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes.

MS. STEEL: Can I just say that as regards to all the statements
that were served at the weekend, I have not actually had a
chance to read them yet. There are about 20 of them, or
something. But I did notice that -----

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Which are these?

MR. RAMPTON: My Lord, can I deal with this? They are the Civil
Evidence Act notices which I think I served last Thursday,
