9 refreshments were up to a mile away from where the actual
10 "no in the snow" displays took place?
11 A. I do not know where the "no in the snow" took place.
12 I was not part of it. I was not there when it happened.

16 A. Well, I did not -- I do not even know where they did
17 it, so I could not even tell you how far it was. I just
18 heard about it.

20 Q. Right. Who were the managers that were actually up there
21 with the "no in the snow" display?
22 A. I do not know. I was not there. I do not know if
23 there were any managers present. I was inside the arena
24 and I was helping the managers -- because we have a crew
25 committee and they help the management team put together
26 the crew events. So I was inside helping some of the
27 managers put together the hot chocolate and the orange
28 pop,, so I was not outside with them. I do not know what
29 managers may have been out there, but a lot of managers
30 were inside with us.

32 Q. You have said that Cam was with you up to the time of
33 display. He left the place where you were making hot
34 chocolate, did he?
35 A. No. He was part of the whole -- like, he was with us,
36 you know, playing the sports with us and stuff; and, as far
37 as I can remember, he was inside the arena with us while we
38 were doing the hot chocolate and the orange pop.

41 A. I do not remember him leaving. I am just saying
42 I cannot remember. I remember being inside, and there were
43 two or three managers, I believe two or three managers,
44 inside, and I know there they were bringing in a TV and
45 boxes and things as well. Then I remember a whole bunch of
46 people coming inside, and they were just cheering and
47 talking and everything like that, and I cannot remember,

52 A. I cannot remember that, I am sorry. I do not know if
53 he did leave before or after. I mean, I thought he was --
