MR. JUSTICE BELL: Before we go on, where do I put the Medicines
Act Veterinary Information Service?

MR. MORRIS: The Furazolidone?

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Do you want me to put it behind Dr. North for
the time being, behind his second statement?

MR. MORRIS: No, I think there should be a file with
Supplementary Defendants' documents with all the different
issues in tabbed; it should just go behind the -----

MR. RAMPTON: I think it is volume 5 of the kingfisher
supplementaries.

MR. MORRIS: Is there a section on food poisoning?

MR. JUSTICE BELL: It is list of documents served
18th January 1995, food poisoning, hygiene and animal
welfare.

MR. MORRIS: Is that one of the sections?

MR. JUSTICE BELL: No, they are all just separate documents.

MR. MORRIS: Right. That is all food poisoning, animal welfare,
yes, the whole lot?

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I think so. Unfortunately, my index goes up
to 15 and then there is a gap. I have written "24" in
myself, but I have got no index for 16 to 23. I mean, that
is no great problem; it can be sorted out later.

MR. MORRIS: Yes.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: 17 is a MAVIS document, and I can put it in
behind that, if you like.

MR. MORRIS: Yes, shall we make it 17A.

MR. RAMPTON: Mrs. Brinley-Codd has suggested an alternative
which is a supplementary list of documents dated
1st October 1995 in volume 7, which does have an index or a
list. Section 5 of that file is headed, "Residues and Food
Poisoning", which may be more appropriate. That has got
the four tabs as it is.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: It is 5 now. The cooked meat production
guidelines is 5. Shall I put it in as 6?

MR. MORRIS: That is the appropriate one, yes.

MR. RAMPTON: If your Lordship made it 6, then .....

MR. MORRIS: The purpose of that bundle was to be a bundle of
any document we served could be added to, so .....

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Very well. Let me just make that up. Yes?
