I think its fair enough that you are a vegetarian and morally dont believe in slaughtering animals for food.What I think is unfair is that you demean the intellegence of those who are meat eaters. I think the key phrase here is "Freedom of Choice", and you can advocate for vegetarianism to your hearts content, but as soon as you start insulting peoples intellegence on the basis that they do not conform to your sense of morality, you lose the respect of your audience.
You have to respect the fact that everyone has fundamentally different beliefs and different morals, but this does not mean you should say nothing.
