You forget that these worker-owners will still be subject to unemployment due to flexibility.If market forces dictate that there must be lay offs then even if all the worker-owners vote against it they'll still get sacked or the company will go under and they'll have no job anyway.
Sprout attacks on the means of capitalism are only minor (and so are your defenses)it is capitalism itself which is deficient. what you gotta realise is that all people are at present subject to things completely beyond their control (the bloody market forces) and if man can control the course of a river if it is effecting his life negatively then he should be able to control the markets etc.
