EC has also complimented Sprout, as have Fish and Harley.Qx: Just because some of these folks have supported you with several statements doesn't mean they like you. You have your points about Mcdonald's but you fail to see that the economics of the fastfood insustry don't tolerate things like salad bars or even even trying to promote milk that much because it's basically not profitable for them.
These fast food corporations intend to maximize profit and even wheeling out roller wraps is basically a concession to the general public's growing concern with a healthy diet. Ask a manager of any of these places sometime. They just might confirm that.
I've spoke to quite a few of them in my time and they have all stated that vegetarian fare is not a money making endeavor. Perhaps they're wrong. Maybe you could advocate an economic argument that's precise and detailed enough to sway the policies of the management and executive levels of these corporations to the opposite. You've been advocating that all along on this board but I don't think the top brass is reading your postings. As a matter of fact I don't think they really give this stuff all that much thought.At least not when they're so occupied by the day-to-day operations of McDonald's, Burger King, etc. I recommend a letter writing campaign to get their attention.
Now back to the topic of your popularity. EC is most likely finding your postings humorous because you've made a caricature out of yourself and that doesn't help your arguments at all.
