I don't think there really is a way to control an evil society. How we help change it is to speak our thoughts and take action on what we hold to be true. Although before we decide to take action we must weigh it out and try to predict the aftermath, see how our decisions could bene fit and how it could hurt and if it benefits then lets go for it, but if it doesn't lets try to reform it.
society itself should decide what is best and us as a people shold decide on what we want to become. history is forever repeating itself lets try and help change history for the better.
