A man got on wheel chair after a car accident. He got good award from the juries. The insurance comany appeal and appeal for over 7 years. So far got nothing. WHY Corporation can go over small verdict over 5 or 7 years in court, and appeal procees. Why Prisoners and death row inmate have a limited number and time to appeal. Do not we need to change the law, and the congress?
