What's Wrong With Corporation

The problem with major corporation is that it has too great of an effect on the workings of the government in a capitalist society. You say that the government
shouldn't control the companies, but how is that any better then the companies controlling the government. For example look at the workings of Earnest and Julio Gallo, a prominent business based in California in the production of wine.
They used their money to support certain politicians, so that the issue of
inheritance tax was discussed in parliament. With this reduction in inheritence tax they recieved more money when their parents passed away, leaving them the business, then they were supposed to in the first place. And now they are trying to reduce the tax for expanding business across state lines so it costs them less expand into Florida. Now you tell me, what is wrong with this picture? Or do you like seeing the USA governed by which companies can afford the most.
