I'm sure you're right about their life being made more difficult if they have to circumnavigate their own ideology, and this is probably quite an important point, but isn't there an easier way to put it? And what is a hegemony, anyway?

: Further, it is best to try any route that does not involve the shedding of blood first- if we go into a revolution expecting a bloodbath then there will be on- personally, I do not want to die storming parliament. If we force them to make the first assualt then so be it, but we should bear in mind that we need to avoid loss of life at all costs...
